The BJP has backtracked from Sushma Swaraj's accusation that Congress was behind the blast. Arun Jaitley in NDTV washed his hands off Sushma Swaraj's statement and instead clearly stated that he subscibed to a larger picture of external conspiracy wherein the dits joined the Indian Embassy blast in Afghanistan; Pakistan intrusion, bomb blasts etc
Possibly, the Congress threatening BJP for defamation did the trick.
So this leaves likes of Swathie - a knickerwallah to informaly spread disinformation
