No one can provide full proof security at every place. It is the system which stops/minimise all such happenings. Has the Police become masses friendly in the last 60 years? or why our democratic system is keeping loose ends in the governance for the sake of vote bank politics. Certain national issues do not require any agenda rather consent of everyone.
