It is not true, the reason of recent surge in act of terrorism is that the main accused of recent blasts is SIMI and the mulayam singh and his party is open supporter of SIMI. In the scenerio when SIMI and its mentor are working overnight to protect the present central govt. who is also openly soft on terrorism, how can terrorism can be weakened ?
