Sonia gandhi never visits any desaster site alone. Either she goes with PM/Home Minister or Defence Minister .Why ?
As a chairperson of UPA she can not get official plane and if she has to go alone Congress has to pay for it but PM/Home Minister or Defence Minister can get officially Aair force / government plane.
