Who is the Prime Minister of this Country? Manmohan Singh or Sonia gandhi?

manmohan is visiting becoz he is Pm, home min be coz he is home min, and Advani becoz he is MP from gujarat and also opposituon leader, all three holding constitutional authority...why and in what capacity sonia is visting?????!!!!
