Give good salaries to policemen and intelligence officials. Attract cream talent to this services and motivate them in the same way terrorist leaders motivates their gang members. You can eliminate terrorism from this country.

We have things to learn from this article i.e. what type of concealment and what the public should be wary of.
Also should anybody be found leaving such articles behind, break all their limbs and then hand over to the police for interrogation.
