First of ALL w/o any discussions enact POTA and TADA permanently, the terrorists are here to stay.
Create an a separate department for Homeland security answerable to the Ministry of Defence.

Dear Proud,

Inspite several try / attempts.

Central congress govt. is not permitting Gujrat state for POTA and TADA.

It is only permitted in Maharashtra where congress is ruling.

Congress is responsible for all innocent killings - they are motivating terrorist to do more blast in Indai - by making law and order weak.
