Since the Indian union is unable to take action and protect its citizens, states should be allowed to come together and take action on their own (if necessary by raising their own forces). For instance, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Karnataka could pool resources and raise an army to combat Pakistan.
I know its a long shot but citizens are now tired of the "Shanthi Rakho" messages from our politicians

I think blaming pakistan is unnecessarily taking off the blame from Indian terrorists. True, they might be getting some kind of help; .. but, first lets clean up local terrorists...Lets not shift blame to out of country

you people never wants to know the truth... The person who send mail....will never come infront of media....this is for sure... Always blame pakistan....i am not a supporter of pak. if prove they r involved...i will be the first person to say attack pak.. All are educated fools...
