nopes, they would then retialite in the same manner nd worse then now, u strike at the root of the problem, the country/group that finances them, cut their finances nd they will not have the initiative left...
PAKISTAN has to be blacklisted by india once for all, they might not directly have a hand in the current spate of blasts, but fact remains they are the ones who started it all, cut them off from the rest of the world and let the citizens of pakistan rise against their government nd do what they deem is right
