You said it right. The Gujarat police might find the innocent people who planted the bomb and get death penalty to them. But someone will stop that by a mercy petition to the president that will be made to sleep years together there. Ofcourse even if they are executed they dont deserve it. They didnt perform this act. It is the preachers of the religion who are to be executed. It is they who interpret the words of a book to turn all believers against non-believers.
