Just for one ethnic Indian procession in Malaysia Malaysian govt invoked Internal Security Act. SPINELESS CONGRESS GOVT WITH OUT ANY DELAY INVOKE TADA / POTA.

TADA/POTA does not deter Terrorists.

It only helps Police Book someone and close the case - actual Terrorist 5% times ...a hapless scapegoat from minority 95% times.

It helps leaders like Advani, Modi claim (befool) that they have restored Justice.

But in reality, more terrorists are born from linkages to those 95% scapegoats.

Well said...Indian constitution is the biggest in the world.We do not need more of it. What we need is its proper ennd correct implementation.
