How the Pakistani inteligence officer dare to say this? But actually it is somewhat true. If some foreigner knows the real truth that there is no significant antiterror law prevails in India, any terrorist free to act what they wants to do with indirect/ direct political leaders influence. We people of India need to be aware of this, keep silence in all situation & keep communal harmony to stop dirty intense of terrorist &/or politicians.
