It is premature and childish to say that at whatever cost the N-deal will go ahead.
Election means an expenditure of about Rs. 40,000 crores and to drink a cup of tea we may have to give a twenty/fifty rupee note depending on the inflation in the coming days.
US is very clear in its statements unlike Indians who donot speak proper language. The Americans say they will see to it that the deal will pass in their country and there is no problem even if it McCain or Obama. Why should Indians get excited to such an extent that whatever may happen N-deal will go ahead?
Many new technologies like fusion technologies may be cheaper or Hydrogen technology may be used in every house in the near future. let us not build 100 nuclear rectors at one stroke. There should be watch and wait policies.
