Bomb blasts and such terrorist activities done by Muslims we all know cannot take place without the help from the Muslim locals. For every terrorist who pulls the trigger there have to be 100 people (Local Muslims) who were aware and either covertly asisted or silently kept quiet wishing him success. It is this section of the people that should be targetted because the MUslim terrorist himself is quiet willing to blow himself & not be captured. To label these local Muslim Collaborators as peaceful people etc and make it very difficult to catch them and difficult to break down the supply lines for thes Muslim terrorists is a heniois crime and this is what the Congres & UPA is doing.
