Make identification system of Indian citizens. Every citizen or a temp. resident has to have an identification number. All the illegal residents have to be deported. Create artificial intelligence system of the knowledge gained from last cases. Create a knowledge base of terrorist attack. Create a central and distributed system sharing knowledge. When the attack happens the terrorist must have been sheltered by hotel or a local resident. Check with hotels the resident who lived them for last ten days. The punishment for terrorist attack should be death even for accomplice. India has very open society. Even Pakistani ISI is stronger than Indian intelligence.

1st thing 1st. The guys who strike us, dont travel daily into india and go bak. they are here within us. And moreover, our great political parties have assured that all those guys get ration cards in time or rather fast than resident indians. I am talking abt 10 Lakh Bangladeshis settled in and Arnd Delhi. Congress's Sheila Dixit govt issued them ration cards and so did huda govt in haryana (gurgaon) They are the biggest thieves of Delhi are these guys.
