My deepest condlences for the families who have lost the loved ones. Though India is claimed to be best in terms of technology, we are very poor in implementing the system and there is no unique way of identifying a person and all his activities at one centre. The concept of CIVIL ID will help to a greater extent to control the issues. Most of the advanced countries have this kind of usage which is helping in a vast way. Hope, Our Country can implment and keep political force away from duties.

We should have profiling based on religion especially for Christians and Muslims as their origins are alien to our culture and they have a bad past even , for example Christians were supporting the British and Muslims the Pakistan during the india's freedom
