Our Govt cannot do anything or catch the culprits and parade them naked.. what kind of govt or administration is this.?

Just for one ethnic Indian procession in Malaysia Malaysian govt invoked Internal Security Act. IMPOTENT CONGRESS WITH OUT ANY DELAY INVOKE TADA / POTA.
