HOW CONGRESS CAN PUNISH AFZAL GURU, SINCE THEY THEMSELVES ARE BEHIND THE BLAST? LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE ATTACK EVENTS. AFTER ENTERING THE COMPD. THE TERRORIST CCOULD HAVE EASILY ENTERED THE PARLIAMENT & TAKE THOSE INSIDE AS HOSTAGE. BUT THEY DID NOT DO THAT THEY WERE GOING TOWERDS THE PLACE WHERE PM & DEFENCE MINISTER WERE IN THEIR ROOM. THEY WANTED TO KILL PM & DM. BUT MARK MY WORD ONE DAY IT WILL BECOME TOO COSTLY FOR THE CONGRESS.

The PM was not in office at the time of attack. He was late that day.
