Why are there no strict laws yet
by amit on Jul 26, 2008 09:21 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I wonder when will the govt realize that all countries who have faced not even half of what we have faced in terms of terrorism have very strict anti terrorism laws, Why does India have nothing for a preemptive strike against terrorists?WHERE IS THE LAW FOR IT? WHAT IS THE GOVT DOING SLEEPING OR BUSY WITH MAKING MONEY DEALS?

Secondly countries such as Italy had 11000 illegal immigrants per year and they have enacted an govt emergency against illegal immigration, What about India where hundreds of thousands of illegal bangladeshi immigrants are crossing border every year? WHERE IS THE LAW FOR IT? WHAT IS THE GOVT DOING? ANY VISION FOR THE FUTURE OF INDIA OR INTERESTED IN APPEASING PEOPLE FOR THEIR VOTES

i quote advaniji
"spoke to Modi and enquired about the situation on the latest terrorist act has once again highlighted the need for a firm and effective anti-terrorist legal frame work. The legislative Assembly of Gujarat has passed a law on the line of MCOCA. It is pending with President for assent from past four years. I demand the union Government to immediately recommend presidential assent to this legislation whose need has been further underscored by the repeal of POTA"
By holding up anti terror laws passed by states to protevt votebanks what else can u expect

Yes. Because of rathyatra Kashimiri Pandits were evicted from their homeland. Hindus were persecuted in Pakistan & Bangladesh. Also all the terror acts though out the world from Bali to Newyork is because of this Advani's rathyatra. Great analysis man.

yes agreed, but that certainly means that 9/11 was also planted by mr. advani, but dear friend, this terrorism is much more than taking lives.they totally antisocial elements, who just love killing innocent people like us, the only thing that can be done is to eliminate it by the roots, which is certainly a tougher law and very SEVER punishments, but sorry to say in INDIAN perspective, SAB CHALTA HAI......, till i dont get killed.
