BJP must realize that unless they come out with solid development plans for the nation, this Rama and drama issues are not gonna help them in next elections at least. Temple issue is being raised always just before elections to gain votes but where is the 'Ram Mandir' in Ayodhya. Each hindu has a Ram temple at his home and worships it. Thats all n sufficient. There is no need to show further muscle power. MMS is proving to be smarter than Advani Ji every time. Even BJP MPs are not supporting them in the parliament. Corruption in politics seems to be taken forgranted by the people in this country. Now only focus is if any party can taken India to fast track of development that is sufficient. Even if that party is corrupt, it is acceptable. Only the development results will matter.
And if some party, even after being damn honest (money-wise) cannot control riots, terrorism, overpopulation, illiteracy and poverty and just asks for votes in the name of Rama and honesty, people will just feel sad for it and vote others. The people of India are maturing n thats a good sign for democracy.

:) What good suggestions... but to which party?... The party which did all you expected it to do on development front, and got booted out just becoz it didn't put together the right amount of either Rama or Drama....
My worry is that BJP will gradually get driven back to the 1991 timeframe... since they're not gonna win any more seats becoz of development plank, as the electorate of the country has demonstrated so amply... :-)

Even I who have been a hard core BJP supporter and always voted it am feeling like voting Congress in the coming elections. As there is nothing new in BJP agenda.

Tell me Sir, which elections did BJP come out with a new god issue to get votes?... :-) K'taka? No. Gujarat? No. (in fact it was the Congress which was busy labelling "Maut Ke Saudagar" type vitriol which obviously highly improved the overall atmosphere.. :-) 2004 General Elections? No.
So WHEN did BJP raise the God's platform?.. I think it is people like you who'd finally make them go back to their 1991 ways, coz they won't feel there are any takers for sane thoughts in this country...
They's either see people idolising "Gandhis" or people idolising "Ram".... there is ab-so-lute-ly no takers for Development, Secuarlism (which neither Congress nor you understand I'm sure, beyond Hindu bashing), All encompassing thought process, and a Uniform development program for every Indian citizen to arrest the lopsided religion based discussions going on currently.
But anyway, it's for people like you and me to decide, and my only worry is that we'll make them do exactly what everybody hates them see doing...

Mr. All Right, do you know corers of other religion people scaring and feeling unsecure to live in BJP ruling. is it safe for our nation? It is shame for us. I didn't find any good reason to vote BJP. recently the SIva Sena raised Taj Mahal issue, The BJP & its allies again try to come on power by demolishing and killing the innocent people.

Thats exactly I am trying to suggest BJP. Come to right track of the "Nation's development" rather than this 'corruption' issues alone. as any citizen knows that 99% politicians of any party are corrupt as per the standard definitions. But here again, what is corruption. I have seen many politicians grabbing money but helping the people of their region (who vote them) from many angles as they have to get their votes next time. So is not corruption a leader's professional requirment. I am not supporting corruption but don't you expect a politician to help people and if so from where he will bring money for all that. So, unless we make some good n fair arrangements, corruption in our definitions will not be corruption in a politician's definition. We are the educated class are not corrupt but how many poor n needy people do we help actually. All we say that it is either government's job or a politician's job.And when politicians do the same out of the way, we call them corrupt.
