It is true that ant-terror act like POTA ought to have been enacted to contain terrorism and Intelligence Bureau should have been strngthened.Had they been so, two serial bomb attacks in two different states within ltwentysix hours could have been possibly averted & many innocent lives could have been saved. It is not the occasion to politicize such grave situation rather introspection as how we can meet challenge & threats of terrorists living far & wide.
