Speaker is above party affiliation

The post of speaker is considered above party affiliation as the same has to discharge the speaker's duty impartially.But the arrogant posture shown by the CPI in the No Confidence motion was a clear indication that they will show the same arrogancy against their very sr. collegue honourable Sh. Somnath ji. also. This seems to be beginning of the downfall of this party.

If the article is to be believed honourable Somnathjee did not behave honourably.He can not have best of both the worlds.If he takes the stand that speaker post is neutral,he shud have acted neutrally and written Karat to not vote alongwith BJP.If he has actually done that then he no longer remains neutral hence no longer fit to be the speaker.His continuing as a speaker is a threat to democracy itself.
