why u people don't understand that dalit is always a soft target to do things like this.If both of them did same mistake,the punishment should be same.Isn't it?

It has been clearly stated that the other fellow did not vote electronic and gave slip. Once confirmed, he too will be expelled. This useless fellow just want to get more votes in next election by using dalit word. Please first think properly before thinking of anything casteist.
