u knw mr.prakash karat,whaterver Mr. Manmohan singh is doing its for India u know very well thr z electricity & oil shortage, just to fulfill he is ready to sign just think like as a Gentleman and as an Indian also. Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam our hounarable Former Presedint of India he is also supporting to this deal.
