Secularism-Islamic style
by Vinu Bhardwaj on Jul 24, 2008 08:15 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Turkey, the most "tolerant and secular" Islamic nation which Muslims say is an example that Muslims can be democratic and secular: has only 1 percent population of non-Muslims, who live in constant fear, according to News reports.

Also, I found out (during recent Euro 2008), that an immigrant to Turkey can not become a citizen if he/she does not change his/her name to an Islamic one.

You better answer my post explaining what OTHERS did in Islamic lands before some Muslims went insane, and took to blind retaliation.
