1. Congress, PDP, and NC are together against.
2. BJP is in favor.
So in the election, the mulsim votes will be shared by the 3 parties. and Hindu votes will be accumulated by BJP. So, all seats in Kashmir area will be shared by 3 parties (Assembly seats as well as 4 parliament seats). BJP will win all seats in Jammu (Assembly seats as well as 2 parliament seats).
