US will sell 100 billion us dollars fuel to india, and indian electricity price will therefore be controlled by us.

India can buy fuel from any member of NSG (NSG is now only US)update your knowledge. After this deal you can buy fuel for civilian reactor and we can use all our uranium for military purpose.
