Somnath Chatterji cannot continue as speaker

We have accepted party form of democracy. A person elected on a particular party's ticket on people's mandate is to represent his party and not his individual interest. Therefore he has to accept his party's decision. His continuance as a speaker is violation and mockery of people's mandate

In such a case, is President of India bound by the whip of Congress Party ? Can Congress party ask the President to resign in similar circumstances ?

THE POST OF SPEAKER IS ABOVE PARTY LINES AND THIS APPLIES TO NEUTRAL PERSONS.
CERTAINLY NOT FOR SOMNATH DHAA WHO IS A GLARING SUPPORTER OF CONGRESS.
