First time in parliament history
by Karthikeyan.M on Jul 23, 2008 11:27 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

CPM has expelled a party member who is a speaker for the first time in history of Indian Parliament.
So CPM thinks its constitution rules are higher than the country's constitution.
CPM cannot digest that the fact China is advancing at fast rate than India. And CPM is showing its only true red communist party in the World

CPM, like any other party has full authority to sack any of its own members, which it has done, basically there is nothing to BLAME. Mr Somnath, on the other hand, as Speaker has full authority to continue in that post till he/this lok sabha deems it fit and there is nothing to blame - both are different situations for different reasons - one is a political party with a political agenda the other is a constitutional post!!
