Jyoti Basu has made them understand that only cPM leader doesn't fall under retirement.Once Jyoti given a statement in the media that after the age of 55 every teacher should be retire from his service because by that time he will have nothing left to give. How funny he is still useful at the age of 95.He has shown Biman and other's that First he is a party member then he is CM of WB.So he will lesten first the voice and instruction of cadre of his party then the requirement of state. More over he has spent his tenure entirely to strong his party rathen than make stronger of this state.And that is why state was loosing all of his callibre/beauti during post indepencdence.

they are not suppose to retire before death.practically, they need to be killed to get rid of them.The same happened in romania and other communists countries.We shud do the same here.
