Speaker Somnath said the tape is with him. It is quite possible that Chatterjee is lying and our beloved Sehwag is telling the truth in top of his voice.

He himself said that he has the tapes and he was rushing to the Speaker to hand over the tapes. 24 hours laters he has still not reached. He is worse than a blackmailer.
