there are lot of procedures involved in dealing with this building..
even small camera traced from the journalist would take him easy access to jail as an SPY..
Sting operations don't come with formal authority of the proceedings..
there are some issues which cannot be decided in an hour time..
telecasting on a National/ International Audience is not a joke..he would certainly earned a good seat in Jail by Supreme Court.
We understand Rajdeep as a Gutsy Journalist. who wishes to be transparent and fair in National Interest.,
Im sure before submitting his CD he must have seek permission from Judiciary..
& when live telecast was on on Doordarshan., even then News was already in Air, about sting operation, if this was happening why political parties did not raise issue before trust vote..
Rajdeep did a fine job. & Gutsy man
keep it up..

exposing BJP member taking bribe not a problem. But when it involves all care has to be taken to cover up under rules and regulation.

Why was Tahelka aired everything immediately? Just because they are dogs hired by Congress? Mind it this sting operation is outside parliament and has no connection with parliament's procedure and rules.
