Though I have the highest regards for Rajdeep Sardesai, I am afraid he's tryoing to mislead the people here. The fact is the BJP MPs approached his reporter to record the dealings under the agreement that as soon as the tapes would be ready, CNN IBN would telecast thse tapes by around 3-3.30 PM yesterday. But obviously IBN developed cold feet and didnt telecast the tapes. On;ly then the BJP Mps went out in the parliament and showed the wads of notes to show that they hv been offered money. only after the controversy broke and the BJP leaders came out in the open saying IBN had the tapes was he forced to handover the tapes tpo the speaker. Last evening at about 5 PM Rajdeep was on his channel saying he was leaving to the speaker's office to hand over the tapes. So question is 1. why didnt he give the tapes to speaker yesterday itself when his channel was saying tapes hv been handed over. 2.Speculation was that Mr Rajdeep fearing any political backlash of the powers that be (UPA) was trying to get the tapes edited. I sincerely its not the case 3. When rajdeep says that they didnt air the tapes because of certain reasons, its hard to believe him. These news channels are the first one to air such tapes to gain some TRPs.hard to believe why rajdeep and his channel wont air the tapes.
will mr rajdeep answer these questions? And surprisingly his channel has had no discussion on this bribery scam all through the day today? does it indicate some underhand dealing here?can mr sardesai

If it had been the Congress which did the sting then this fellow would've aired the CD 24 hours on his channel. Apparently it didnt suit his political views.
