Two points here. 1. We can't become like china with the nuclear deal. We need a more solid economic policy to become a financial powerhouse. What did chidambaram do over last 4 yrs being the finance minister? Excuse is that communist parties didn't let them do whatever they wanted. In that case didn't you betray the people of india by joining hands with the communists parties just to stick on to power? 2. Second point is that we don't want to become a china. We want to become a India. Sometime back the same chidambaram told in an interview with karan Thapar that the reason one shouldn't compare india with china is that india is a democratic country adn we have look at everybody's interest before making any decision. Then why are you comparing india with china now? Isn't that an excuse of convenience?
