Sri Chidambarm's Half Truths

Pkl. D. Goel, afternoon 12.45pm.,Tuesday, July 22,2008/
What ever the fate of UPA Confidence Vote gambit tonight, it is clear that the advocates like Sri P. Chidambaranji are most certainly are not giving all that Hyde-Act of US portents.
While this a half -truth that the Hyde-Act is only a US Congress Statute and as such cannot be mandatory on inter-Global treaties; fair enough,
Yet ,what is not acknowledged by the street smart Advocate Sri Chidambaram that once India chooses to do any strategic Nuclear testing , we are liable to be denied immediately any Nuclear assistance , fuel or facilities,
Moreover, what ever preambular remarks of 123 Agreement provide, US could expect to ask for repatriation of all spent and other technologies peremptorily back to the donors...or parties who underwrite our nuclear technology imports denied to us since 1974, Pokhran Blast...
So Dear Chidambaram ji you are an attorney who is pleading brief in the lok-Sabha by suppressing the other half-truth that does not show your UPA team's transnsparency, indeed. D. Goel

What you think that India is going to test the nuclear bomb immidiately after all this considarable investments? At present their is no need for another test after Pokharan 2. Further if in future our scientists needs another test , till that time we will be having our own technology. Or may be another source of energy? But today we need the enegry, and if we will start it today it will take another 7/8 years to complite.
