When person like Chidambarram says that Hyde act do not bind India means he is right and govt should win the test. But, it should only win when NDA decides and they will.
The whole confusion started when Congress wanted full credit and did not let communists to see the draft. It is only a week back, party with a fear to lose showed the draft to members of other parties.

Hope you know the fuuny decision taken by BJP-Shivsena reagrding Enron. How they were against Enron and even announced that Enron will be dumped in arabian sea once they come to power but surprisingly BJP-shivsena government signed the deal with Enron with same terms and conditions.
