Hyde Act, passed by the US Congress to enable nuclear commerce with India, was a matter of domestic law in that country and had no binding on India.

He is 100 percent right
Once we recongnised by IAEA as a nuclear state
we have right to import Uranium from any one of country (Nuclear supplier group)at our terms. it provides permission the NSG to supply Uraniaum so Freinds dont Misled by reports that only American will Dictate there term this deal is only with americans
In future Those having the deposits of Uranium will dictate there terms Like S Africas,Australia etc
