Victory it is

All the countries got what they wanted:

USA - Complete access to the fast breeder
research developments so that they can
polish and repackage the findings and
keep all the money from patents.
Any non-cooperation will terminate the
deal and IAEA keeps visiting the reactors
just to irritate the governments.

Russia - No questions on their existing
contracts and some more defence
contracts for reactors.
France - Technology and reactors.

Israel - Air Force with all the disposable
Fighter Jets from USA.

Autralia - N-Fuel.

UK - Returns on all the money they invested in
these countries.

India - Un-interrupted power supply and
advantage over china.

China - When we spend all
this money and secure our Defence we
will have no money to invest in our
industries and let the Indians work for
Chinese companies for piece meal.

meaningless stuff...u mean to say US needs access to the fast breeder research developments in India?? Nuke R&D is still in infancy in India and thats why we needed the deal. Best Indian talents anyway migrate t US due to lack of facilities...

Yes the USA want to know how the Fast Breeder Reactor works. It uses thorium instead of uranium and we are the only country working on it. We have 25% of the world's reserve of thorium.
