whatever good is said to be done by congress is only because of communist otherwise they would given whole the nation at the feet of capitalistics. the base of capitalisam is fittest to survive and others to be died and as principle suggest they will never improve. communist can improve. there aim is not aginst bringing efficency in the system but base is that disparity should be gone. todays victory is really a sad day for india.
