If UPA had offered money to him. Then why not he declare that time only rather doing the same today bin the lok sabha

Absolutely correct. Now all these MPs will start shouting that they were offered money. what these gr8 people were doing from last 10 days. Everybody was waiting for their own chance and they were busy in collecting money.
