Who is responsible for this?

We...the very Indians who elect such people as our representatives...
We should take the moral responsibility for this circus...Not only do we elect these people again and again, we are indifferent towards our rights.
Today, I feel so ashamed. Somewhere, directly or indirectly, my one vote is responsible for this situation.
