Does one believe that these three votes were critical to winning the Confidence motion that the MPs were bribed to abstain from voting; if so would it not be logical to assume that the issue could very well have been raised subsequent to the UPA having lost the Confidence motion since these three would have voted against the Confidence motion in spite of having taken the bribe. This ia a classical ploy of the BJP not have the vote today since they were sure that they would have lost. Keki Elavia
