The kind of money offered for a single vote for the survival of a Government reflects the kind of democracy we have entered into. It is time for the Country to go for a two party system at the Centre. It is time for the "chutney" (collition) government to go. The people are stunned and the world is laughing at us. Time for a change the donkey rule must end.
