you will be surprized to notice that most part of the GOLDEN QUADRANGLE was already there. Look the part if it passes through your region. Coz the one near my place was already there. It was just renamed. Also you are talking about vision..we all know that the concept and implementation of all the IITs, AIIMS, BARC, IISC, many dams etc were done by Pt. Nehru.

Dont forget that the Congress united a fractured country during 1947, and kept it together.
