BJP needs to go for campus recruitment to IIMs and IITs to find some talent to make up their shortage of resource in the team.

IITs IIMs do not teach people management, you learn that whan you interact with people. For e.g. Promod Mahajan, Arun Jaitely.

BJP should deploy each volunteer IIT/IIM alumnus in each district to counter the evil designs of anti-national Axis of Evil and its media.
