You are a very senior parlimentarian.You are right in sticking to Speakers post, since Speaker is above party politics. (though you have not demonstrated this quality on numerous occasions). BUT YOU ARE WRONG in saying that you did not resign to avoid voting along side of BJP.As a veteran parlimentarian, you should not have said this. There will be so many issues while voting. Who is voting for or against is not the issue. You are free to differ with BJP on many counts. But you should use your franchise on national issues.
