PM is telling true. Nuclear deal is beneficial for India. There is no security issue. India progress rate will be 3-4 times greater after nuclear deal. Left has mentaly sick people.

Anurag, let us forget who is supporting and who is opposing the deal and evaluate the deal on its merits and you will realize that the deal in the current form is not at all good for us. - After all the hoopla, nuclear energy will only constitute about 6-7% of indias generation that too in 2020 and later. We are already at 2.5% - India's indegionous thorium breeder is likely to be on by 2010 and another couple of years by when we could probably commercialize eenrgy production. Worst case it will get done by 2017/18. - U.S. itself has not set up any nuclear plant in the last 35 years. Its focus is solar, wind, etc. India is among the best regions in the world to harness solar and wind kind of sources and by 2020 it certainly will be commercially viable. - India's electricity generation does not depend on the $140 oil you are quoting, our electricity is coal based. We only import oil for petroleum products. - We are putting our civil nuclear reactors on safeguards in perpetuity, while china can anytime withdraw and submit. - You point about other countries agreeing to supply when U.S. puts sanctions is very risky. Diplomatic pressure will ensure that the situation is very uncertain and we may be without supplies for years while our tax money spent on acquiring plant and technology rot. I am not a BJP or congress supporter but in the current form the deal is not beneficial. We need to further debate, build consensus & change clauses to protect our Interests

nuisense of this country is- CPM and it's associates, they will not take any responsibility and in almost all good approach of any achievement or steps will make hue and cry. in computer issue also they had done the same thing and now the same in nueclear issue . these idiots will definitely follow the neuclear issue and will support after the this is achieved forcefully and when they will find it progressive for the country . no..no.. they do not bother progress of the country but being afraid of loosing confidence in public, they will come up with a bunch of shameless explanation and surprisingly the dumb people will acceptit !they r against our country, against our religion, culture, everything,. they have destroyed the good name of once bengal & bengalees and for them only, bengali are legging.this time when they r having the largest nos. of mp in opposition and the chance of forming the govt, then why the pm is not be selected from them? because if they once take responsiubility, then their all weakness wilkl be badly exposed. shameless people again have gone to lick maya's pu- as earlier cpm did in the formation of deve gowda's govt.theyt know only to blame centre but never will look themselves! shameless, idiot , irrespoinsible, ungrateful, opputunist, antidevelopment, bad attitude cpm go to hell!

Let me explain you some simple maths. Let our demans is 10000 MW today, which makes it 250 MW from nulcear energey. And the demand is going to increase if we have prgressive government policies. So if demand become 1Lac MW, then 6-7 % will make it 7000 MW. And at that time each and every MW 'll be improtant. Be it from solar, be it from wind. And why can't anybody understand that coal and oil 'll finish one day. Think about the future.
