All good PMs of India starting from Jawahar Lal Nehru to AB Vajpayee have been from UP. All bad ones from other states. It is the destiny of the Indians to be ruled by UP walas, and nothing can change it. So either get used to it, or secede from India and form a confederation with Sri Lanka!

His great grand father used to live in Kashmir. Nehru's father Motilal was a distinguished barrister in Allahabad HC. That is why he built Anand Bhavan in Allahabad and lived all his life there.
