Moily claims here that the UPA has more than 280 MPs on its side. While Pranab Mukerjee claims that they have 276 MPs. If both are telling the truth, why this difference in numbers. This only means that they are still not sure and they are up to mind games as usual.

yes, they must have taken the average of both numbers and should have gone public with that.
