Minority government
by Rajaraman on Jul 21, 2008 03:08 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I wish to remember one Australian prime minister who resigned after winning a trust vote saying that if thwere are so many people aginst my proposal i have no right to govern this county. His name is Howarth. It happened in early seventies. That is democracy Not buying MPS at whaever possible way.
This Not democracy but mobbocracy. Even educated persons like De Singh Mr PChidambaram, Kapil sibal Noted Lawyer Ike Veerappa moily are all party to this mandi of buying mPS. Really Painful.
As a citizen we bow our heads in Shame.

PM should do so after winning motion and go for elections. If PM was to encourage any wrong practices, he could have very taken many more MPs into folds by wrong tactices such as Ajit singh, Deve Gowda, BSP and many more but he is not a person like that as we all know. Atal Bihari and Manmohan are superb person.
